Deskripsi Pekerjaan

About our client:

Our client has truly established itself and is a pioneer in ITaaS (IT-as-aService) provider focusing on the solution that meet the customer business requirement through the design, development, deployment and maintenance of IT based services.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with stakeholder to develop ITaaS Service Catalog & readiness to be available to Sales Tim.
  • Manage and Coordinate Application Support team (SAP Basis, DevSecOP, DBA, Oth App/ITaaS related) to support the IT Operation to meet SLA.
  • Review & Improve current process related with Application Support team to be effective & efficient.

Persyaratan Umum

  • Educational Background: A degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience Matters: At least 5 years in IT industry, with experience in managing teams & application support/development.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills : Experience in developing application, database optimization, DevOps.
